<sigh>

I just said my good-byes to the remaining BB/Ns ... Sis & Ottis ... they are now on the road ... hoping to get to Columbus, Ohio ... or at least in the neighborhood.

We hit Meckley's books; he had a stack of around 11 Nora books waiting for me <g> ... Sis found a couple ... I also picked up Iris Rainer Dart's When I Fall in Love. I had to. It's such a wonderful story--for me, a unique romance.

Then we hit Ryan's Jeweler's to get info for Nancy D about this really cool piece of jewelry she has her eyes on. The inside of the store looked awfully familiar <g> ... the piece that Nance wants ... um ... well ... I could maybe afford it with a month's pay IF I don't eat, drink, buy TP, or pay rent. =====:-O

And then, the reason Sis really came to Danville--to hit Beiter's! LOL She wanted to get these screens that you can place at the bottom of windows that allow air in--but keeps rain out. I guess she can't find any like it in Wisconsin.

After eating a sandwich @ OIPs, Sis & Ottis said their good-byes to Jaci ... they then came back to my apartment where Ottis tried to take pictures of my babies. Ripken played shy for the first time since Ottis arrived. I've always thought that Ottis was pretty special, but Ripken's treatment of her seals the deal. She'd not only come out when Ottis was around, but she'd also allow Ottis to pick her up. <VBG>

And so ... TTP III is officially over (for me) ...
