TTP II (aka TTP Third Anniversary Weekend) started in Danville, Pennsylvania when Nancy D & Diane (aka Sis) arrived around 1:30 P.M. Shortly after getting safely to Danville (and treating us to some Nancy COOKIES! :-), Jaci, Nancy, & Sis head off to shop and grab something to eat.
Around 4:30 or so, Wym & Debby arrived! They came up from the Baltimore area (they stayed with Carolyn Wednesday night) and spent the day in Hershey, Pennsylvania (can we say, CHOCOLATE?!). Then Wym told me that she had to go get this "little surprise" that she had been teasing us with. Some little surprise! It was TRACEY!
Just about when Debby, Wym, and Tracey were about to leave to see about getting food, the other three returned from their outting. They then headed across the street to BJs -- a great rib & steakhouse in Danville.
After they finished eating, they came back and started to browse & BUY books! Soon, though, Jaci, Trace, and Nance headed to Jaci's to get ready for the hot tub. At 9 P.M., I was able to close the store. After completing the paperwork, we headed over to my place (I had to get clothes for the tub).
Nancy & Co. were already into the bubbly! (And I'm not talking about the hot tub bubbles! ;-) After enjoying a few of the jet propulsions <ewg>, we climbed out of the tub & headed inside. There, Debby made a really cool presentation. She had made each of us (who were at the TTP Event last year) an original silver pendant and/or pin. I've worn mine every single day since -- that's how much I love it!
We then headed into the living room and watch Wym's wedding video! It was sooooooo cool seeing the young, blonde Wym -- we also were able to see da Banker & da Boy (as a BOY!).
After Sis's snoring indicated that it was getting very late <ewg>, we decided it was time to head to bed.
