Well, once again a trip to Maryland and TTP for a book signing! This trip was much different from the last (in Dec.) Last time, I was up at 5 am, and colored my hair (couldn't let Nora or any of the BB/N's meet me with all of my grays! Each of them with Randy's name inscribed on the shaft <g>), out the door by 7 am, with my best friend, Denise! Arrived at TTP by 10 am and got to spend some great quality time with Carolyn, Jaci, Nora, and MK sharing cigs and diet pepsi (none for Carolyn, though)

This time, boy oh boy, was it different! Woke up late (8:30)!!! Once again, still had to color the old roots! Showers for everyone! Denise couldn't make it this time! My dh, Rick, wasn't comfortable with me driving all that way alone, so he, Randy, and my dd, Amy came along for the ride. Didn't get there until 1:30!!! Boy, were those lines long! There were two....one for the signing and one for the paying! But, everything went smoothly, Bruce walking around surveying and making sure everything went smoothly, including carrying all those boxes of books down the stairs! Of course, Amy got in his way once or twice! Getting ready to leave, she had to butt into line because she just knew Nora would want to say bye to her! LOL

Got to see Carolyn again, which was too short! And to meet Nina, oops, I mean, Wendy LOLOL (sorry Wendy I just had to do that~) And got to spend some great time with Pam, chit chatting and licking ice cream! Rick just sat back and watched it all! God Bless Him! On the way home, he was imitating us, using his hands like two chicks non stop chirping!!! He was great about it! Amy and Randy each got a new book and got to eat out for lunch and for dinner!! All in all, it was a great day! Thanks again, Nora!
