Hello Sue and everyone,
Well, where do I start. This year has been a very hectic one indeed. It seems that I get to read a page or two a night, go to sleep and then I'm up again to start another day and off to work.
Not only do I have a daughter that is now 20, but she has finished her second year of college and is furthering her education. She is planning on going into the medical field, and I believe that she has decided on becoming a physical therapist.
My son, now 18, graduated from high school at the end of May. He starts college this fall for eight years. His plan is on becoming a Lutheran minister. As you can obviously tell, I'm very proud of my two young adults.
Had a safe 4th of July. Saw the Patriot, it was all right and saw the Perfect Storm which was very intense and awesome. Hopefully hubby and I will be going up to Colorado next month for a quick visit.
Man of the month -- that's is a tough one. Besides Roarke, I wouldn't know who it could be. The way Nora writes about them it is so easy to like and love every one of them.
I'm happy and pleased for JJ and her upcoming book. I'm having a tough time myself writing a book. It isn't all that easy. But I feel like the time is coming for me to open it back up again and start to work on it. The book is a romance <g> with a bit of mystery thrown into it. Wish me luck everyone.
Well, I think that is it about me. I hope that I didn't bore you all that much. Have a great summer everyone.

First- vacation plans (other that TTP):
In our town of 4,000 we have a travel planner who specializes in Carnival cruises. Plans for this cruise began in a local beauty shop a lot of us go to -- hence the name "Beauty Shop Babes Cruise." There are 120 of us going- grandmothers, daughters, granddaughters, in laws, outlaws, and shirttail relations, and just good friends. We fly out of Tulsa to Houston, bus to Galveston and board ship. It is a 4 day cruise and our only stop is Cozumel, other than that we are at sea.
Sound like fun?? FOOD, entertainment, FOOD, spa, casino, FOOD, pampering, 24 hour pizza, and very good friends to share it all.
