Christy, send your sister my way, lol!

DYJLIW.....your teen cleans her room! I can actually see the floor and walk on it without stepping on everything. I am afraid to open the closet though.....:)

DYJLIW ... you worry about things and then find out everything's okay (dh's colonoscopy showed nothing wrong, fire at dd's apt. building didn't mess up her place).

DYJLIW....you call an urgent care because you paid a co-pay when you aren't supposed to have one and they already have gotten payment from the ins. and were refunding your money soon. I didn't have to yell, cry, act dumb or any other poor behavior to get the money back. Yeah...

DYLIW...your knee has 'wear and tear' and the current plan is for p/t for a few weeks. No invasive anything and hopefully it will get better.

DYJLIW...

The weather is icky and raining (AGAIN) and so The Powers That Be at your office decided to order Lasagna and pasta to be delivered for everyone for lunch, so no one has to go out in this crap.

YAY! I love my bosses.

DYJLIW...a person discovers the joy of reading? The teen is severely dyslexic and it has always been such a chore to get him to read. He read a few of the Harry Potter series, and other books now and then, but I had about resigned myself to the idea he would never be a person who reads for the pleasure of it (unlike me who is just about never without a book tongue )

However, he recently discovered one of the books in Anthony Horowitz’ Alex Rider series and now wants to read more of them. And he asked me to get them all in hardback for him for his birthday so he could (and I quote) “start his book collection.” laugh

DYJLIW...

One of your friend/coworkers gets engaged on Valentine's day? And it's to a great guy, and he bought her a fantastic ring. I'm so happy for her.
