March 6th is not possible for me. It's Dh's birthday and our son's school play. There is always something with these kids. lol Maybe next time. I really want to meet up and Maggiano's is literally 10 minutes from my house. Oh well, what can you do?!?!?

I'm very disappointed that I won't be able to come on the 6th. We are having a girls' day in the city to celebrate my friend's 50th birthday. I hope you have a great time!

Hmmm... I haven't even looked at their menu lately (well, since January and a business dinner there). I hope they still have Ginny's eggplant!!! Oh my. Mwahahahaha.

Okay, Ginny....you are good to go!!! It is still the first item listed under the entrees!!!

And here is a new one: Chicken and spinach manicotti (from the pastas). Oooooh, sounds yummy.

Just give me food and nobody gets hurt!!!!

I think I'll have to hit the Maggianos in Bridgewater, NJ (only a few miles from where I live) for some eggplant. Mmmm. If I lived closer to King of Prussia, I'd join you again. But it's too much for me, the drive, along with taking care of an active infant.

Oh well.

Both Sangeeta and Jennifer had to decline for various reasons. And then, I knew but the others didn't, that Kelly was hoping to join us AND SHE MADE IT!!!!

What a beautiful day it was, too! Sunny. The snow is melting. Light traffic (other than an accident or two). And eight friends were able to get there for some wonderful girl-time and food. 'Cause we go for both!

Appetizers: Mozzarella Marinara & Fried Zucchini
Salads: Caesar & Chopped
Pastas: 4-Cheese Ravioli & Chicken and Spinach Manicotti (oh yummmm, new favorites of mine!!!!)
Entrees: Eggplant (of course) & Chicken Piccata (I think)
Desserts: Chocolate Zuccota Cake & NY Cheesecake with Strawberries (gotta have fruit for Ginny as well)

Seriously, I fell in love with the Chicken & Spinah Manicotti. Delicious! I want the recipe. I want to go there, NOW, to get more of it.

All the food was wonderful. The discussions were lively. Getting updates on each others lives was at times comforting and at other times you just wanted to call out the hit-squad to defend your friend!

What was funny is that we were so into talking, and ooohing and aaaahing over Matt's wedding pics, that the mgmt started giving us looks that implied they were getting ready to give us the boot! LOL!!! No problem...

Everyone went on their way, except for Lora, Pammy and myself as we walked over to Crate & Barrel for some intense window shopping and idea time. Got some things to ponder for future decorating, too. Yikes. Also was able to offer some less expensive options instead of C&B prices. I got some cute cookie cutters (butterfly, dragonfly, and some other insect) as well as a mini drink shaker (perfect for shots!).

It was a great day. Just let me know when you want another one planned.

The chicken and manicotti was extremely delicious and what I brought home went right into my Matt's stomach,lol.

Glad you had a good time!!! Sorry I missed it! Hope to see all of you next time!!
